What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through PayPal. Once you checkout your items, you wil be redirected to our payment form.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship international using USPS. Please allow 2 business days for order processing. International shipments that are shipped standard take about 6-15 business days depending on ‪the postal service‬ in your country. The customer is responsible for any duties and taxes.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns. Exchange only. The exchange must be of the same value of your order and your garments should be shipped back as they were received (garments should have their hang tags secured with them) and never worn. Exchanges can be made within 15 days of order date. If the customer receives the wrong item due to D4 than we will send a return label and the correct item or size should be sent.

How do you ship the merchandise?

All products are shipping through USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 2 business days for order processing, and 3-5 business days for standard shipping via USPS.

How can I track my order?

You are provided with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order via USPS or simply by clicking order status on our website.

What do I do if I receive the wrong items?

We generally do not ship out the wrong merchandise, but if you happen to receive something other than what you ordered, please immediately email sales@d4threads.com with the confirmation of your order and the items you purchased. If indeed we are at fault, we will send a return label to ship the item(s) back to us and exchange it for the correct merchandise.
